HORIZON FOUNDATION was established in the Netherlands in 1997. Our purpose is to provide a lifeline in situations where cultural assets are threatened because there are no funds available for their maintenance, and where the cultural identity of minorities is jeopardized because they lack a  sufficiently strong voice for their interests. Our contribution aims to help people to promote themselves.
